Gates open at 6:00pm for seating on a first come, first serve basis. No reserved seating is available. If you intend to “save” seating for your group, we recommend that you have someone remain with the seating. “The Pageant and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints assumes no responsibility for personal items left or lost in the seating area”. The pageant begins each night at approximately 9:30pm, and lasts approximately 90 minutes. The performance is free of charge and tickets are not required for admittance.

Over 14,000 seats are available with additional room on temple grounds for blankets, while personal chairs may be set up outside the seating area, but are not permitted on the temple grounds. Blankets in the seating area may be used over chairs for warmth and comfort but are not allowed in the aisles of the seating area. Strollers are discouraged. For best seating, week-night performances are the best choice. The pageant offers handicapped seating – ushers can assist in situating wheel chairs.

Language translations are provided in ASL (American Sign Language) and Spanish, with written summaries of the pageant available in about 20 other languages.

It is wise to bring sweaters or light coats because evenings are often chilly.
